To resolve this issue, follow these solutions in the given order:

The Creative Cloud desktop app is facing a temporary glitch

  1. Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller.

    Note

    Administrator privileges are required to uninstall the application.

  2. Download the Creative Cloud desktop app.

    The Creative Cloud desktop app installer shows a prompt asking users to check the download section of their browser for the installer file.
    Launch the Creative Cloud installer to begin your download.

    Note

    If you're using Windows, you may be prompted to save the downloaded file. If you're using macOS, you may be prompted to allow the download.

  3. Go to the downloaded installer file on your device and double-click it.

  4. Sign in with your Adobe ID and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

  5. Once you have installed the Creative Cloud desktop app, it launches automatically.

The installed file is corrupted
