Select Retry in the error dialog box to download and install the app.

If this doesn't fix the issue, restart your device and try to install the app again.

If the issue persists, it might be due to digital certificates installed on the system. Install valid and trusted certificates, and then install the app again.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC.

Right-click on Creative Cloud.exe, and then select Properties.

Go to the Digital Signatures tab and then select Details. If the digital certificate is valid and trusted, a message stating This digital signature is OK displays on the screen.
If the digital certificate is invalid, install the latest digital certificate.
Select Retry in the error dialog box to download and install the app.
