Solution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Window Defender Firewall is disabled
The installer requires Windows Defender Firewall to be enabled for secure package handling.

In the left panel, select Firewall & network protection.

Ensure that Windows Defender Firewall is turned on for all network types (Domain, Private, and Public).

Once enabled, return to the installer and select Retry to continue the installation.
Tip
If the Firewall option is greyed out or you can’t turn it on, check with your system administrator or IT support.
