Solution

  1. Select the Account icon in the upper right, and then select Preferences.

The Account menu shows options such as Preferences, Sign out, and monthly generative credits for Gen AI features.
Customize your experience by exploring your account preferences.

    Note

If your screen looks different, follow the instructions for the earlier version of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

  2. Select Apps in the left sidebar of the Preferences window.

  3. Select a language from the Default install language list.

The Apps tab of the Preferences window shows options to enable or disable auto-updates, select the install location and default install language, and view older apps.
The dropdown menu displays a list of available languages for selection.

  4. Select Done to apply your changes.

All apps that you download after making this change will install in the selected language.

  5. Install the app again.

To apply the language change to an app already installed on your computer, uninstall and reinstall the app.

To switch the default language of your Creative Cloud desktop app, change the language on your macOS or Windows computer.
