Resolve the "Activation Failed" error or Error 194:6 that occurs when you try to launch an Adobe app.
When you try to launch an Adobe app, you might occasionally get the error message: “Activation Failed. We are unable to activate <product name>. Please check your internet connection settings and try again. If this problem persists please contact Customer Support, 194:6.”

Select Retry in the error message window. If you still get the same error message, follow these steps:

In the Plans section, select Manage plan.

Navigate to the Activated devices section and select Deactivate for the desired device.

Open the Adobe app and sign in with your Adobe ID.
