Adobe apps repeatedly ask for proxy credentials on macOS

Learn how to resolve repeated proxy credential prompts in Adobe apps.

Some network requests for authentication and licensing require separate authorization, which may cause Adobe apps to repeatedly ask for proxy credentials.

Proxy server requires authentication

Adobe apps may continue to prompt for proxy credentials even after they are entered into the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Re-enter the proxy credentials and select Save in Keychain to store them. Once saved, the app should no longer prompt users for proxy credentials.
