Learn how to create a PDF from text and images copied to your clipboard in Acrobat.

Quickly create PDFs from clipboard content, making it easy to convert text, images, or other data from various apps without saving files first.

Copy the desired content to your clipboard using one of the following methods:

  • Use the copy command in any application.
  • On Windows, press the PrtScn key to capture the screen.
  • On macOS, select Applications > Utilities > Screenshot, take a screenshot, then select Edit > Copy.

Open Acrobat and select Menu (Windows) or File (macOS) > Create > PDF from clipboard.

Save the new PDF.
