Request e-signatures in bulk

Learn to create and send multiple agreements for bulk signature in Acrobat on desktop.

Send documents to multiple recipients and request their e-signatures in bulk. Each agreement is independent, with its own audit report, and signers are unaware of each other.

Note

The Send in bulk feature is only available for users with valid subscriptions to Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Pro for teams.

Select E-Sign > Send in bulk.

You are redirected to Acrobat Sign to complete the workflow.

Select Choose files, pick the documents for bulk signing, and then select Confirm.

Adjust the title in the Agreement name field and customize the text in the Message field if needed.

Select the icon next to Agreement settings and modify the completion deadline, reminder frequency, password requirements, and recipients’ language as required. Then, select Continue.

Select Add recipients, and then enter the recipients’ email addresses, separated by commas. Then, press Enter to organize the addresses into a list and add the recipients’ names if needed.

The Acrobat interface displays the Add recipients screen, where users can enter or import email addresses to send bulk e-signature requests.
You can add up to 50 recipients. Once the added recipients appear as a list, you can remove any by selecting the Delete icon.

Select the Email dropdown menu and choose the required authentication method.

Select Preview & add fields

Drag the signature and form fields to the desired location in the document for each recipient in the RECIPIENTS section.

The Acrobat interface shows a sales agreement with a digital signature field dragged and dropped to the desired location. "The Send" button is highlighted.
You can save the agreement as a template by selecting the Save as template checkbox.

Select Send.

A confirmation message confirms that the agreement was sent successfully. Each recipient gets a unique copy based on your template. From the post-send page, you can:

  • Send another in bulk – Start a new bulk send.
  • Manage this bulk send – View agreement details, track status, access audit trails, and send reminders from the right pane.
