Select multiple form fields

Learn to select multiple form fields to create copies, align fields, or adjust spacing in Adobe Acrobat.

Open a fillable form.

Select All tools > Prepare a form.

You can choose any of the following options as desired:

  • To select individual fields, press Ctrl (Windows) or Command (macOS) and select each field.
  • To select a range of fields, select the first field, then Shift-click the last field.
  • To select all fields, right-click any form field and choose Select All from the context menu.
  • To select fields in an area, use the Select tool to drag a selection around the desired area.

To deselect fields, Ctrl-click (Windows) or Command-click (macOS) on the desired fields.
