Edit a PDF in a few simple steps.

Select Edit from the global bar.

From the left pane, under ADD CONTENT select More.

Select Link > Add or edit a link. The pointer turns into a cross hair.

Drag a rectangle on the page to define the link area.

In the Create Link dialog box that opens, select the desired options for link appearance such as Link Type, Highlight Style, Line thickness, Line Style, and Color.

Select the desired option under Link Action:

  • Go to a page view: Navigate to a specific page and view within the current PDF.
  • Open a file: Link to another file on your computer.
  • Open a web page: Link to an external website.
  • Custom link: Create a custom action, such as reading an article, running a JavaScript or running a command.
The Create Link dialog box displays Link Appearance and Link Action options. Link Action options are highlighted to add desired links to PDFs.
Adding a link to your PDFs allows you to specify actions that make your document interactive for the users.

Select Next and follow the on-screen instructions to set the link action.

Select OK.
