Stylize PDFs using Adobe Express

Learn how to enhance the look of your PDFs by accessing Adobe Express design tools in Acrobat.

Open the PDF and select Edit from the global bar.

Select Style this PDF under DESIGN WITH ADOBE EXPRESS.

Your PDF opens in Adobe Express in a new browser tab.

Use the following shortcuts from the right pop-up menu to enhance the PDF:

  • Add shapes and icons: Insert geometric shapes or pre-designed icons to enhance your layout.
  • Resize page: Adjust the dimensions of your PDF pages to fit different formats or requirements.
  • Apply color theme: Choose from pre-set color palettes to give your PDF a cohesive look.
  • Add Adobe Stock images: Browse and insert high-quality stock photos to illustrate your content.
  • Change background color: Modify the background color of your PDF pages for better visual appeal.
  • Get font recommendations: Receive suggestions for fonts that complement your existing text styles.
