Share certified copies of PDF forms

Learn how to create and share tamper-proof certified copies of your completed PDF forms using Adobe Acrobat.

After completing a PDF form in Acrobat, you can share a certified copy that cannot be modified. This allows you to securely distribute the filled form while maintaining its integrity.

Open the completed PDF form and select E-Sign from the global bar.

Select Save a certified copy from the left pane.

Note

If prompted to sign in to your Adobe account, select Next, enter your account credentials, and select Continue. This helps protect your signed agreements.

It creates a certified copy of the form and displays a certificate banner.

From the File information pane that opens, choose one of the following options:

  • Get a shareable link - Creates a link you can share for others to view the certified copy
  • Send a copy - Allows you to email the certified copy to recipients
  • Save a local copy - Saves the certified copy to your computer

Follow the prompts to complete your selected sharing method.
