Group and ungroup comments

Learn how to organize and manage feedback by grouping related comments in your PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat.

You can group multiple comments together to organize them or move them as a single unit. Grouping is useful for collecting related feedback or managing comments from different reviewers.

Open the PDF that has the comments.

Ctrl + click (Windows) or Command + click (macOS) to select the comments you want to group.

Right-click within the selection to make the changes as needed:

  • To group the comments, select Group.
  • To ungroup the comments, select Ungroup.
Note

You cannot group text edit markups.
