From the left pane under ADD CONTENT, select Link > Add or edit a link.

Right-click the link, select Properties and then select the Appearance tab.

The Link Properties dialog box displays Appearance and Actions tabs. The Appearance tab is highlighted to change the link appearance.
The locked option in the appearance tab allows you to prevent other users from changing link formatting.

In the Link Properties dialog box that opens, modify the following options as needed:

  • Color: Set color for the link border.
  • Link Type: Select between Visible Rectangle or Invisible Rectangle.
  • Line Style: Select Solid, Dashed, or Underline option.
  • Highlight Style: Select how the link appears when clicked.
  • Line Thickness: Adjust the width of the link border.

Select OK.

To apply your chosen format to all new links, right-click a link and select Use Current Appearance as New Default.
