Create marketing documents using Adobe Express

Learn how to quickly create marketing documents and brochures using Adobe Express templates in Adobe Acrobat.

Select Create from the global toolbar.

Select Templates and then choose a template type for your document. To see more options, select All templates.
Adobe Express opens in a new browser window.

Customize your design using the options in the left panel:

  • Search: Find specific design assets to insert.
  • Your stuff: Apply your brand's fonts, colors, and logos.
  • Templates: Browse and select from additional templates.
  • Media: Add photos, videos, or audio from the library or upload your own.
  • Text: Add and format text.
  • Elements: Insert design assets, backgrounds, shapes, and icons.
  • Add-ons: Access third-party app designs.
The Adobe Express side panel displays options including Search, Text, Your stuff, Templates, and more.
To create marketing documents, choose a desired format from Templates, Text, Media, and more.

After completing your edits, select Download from the top bar, then choose PDF Standard from the File format dropdown menu.
