Learn how to print both interactive and flat PDF forms in Acrobat on desktop, including any data entered into form fields.

Select Print this file  from the upper-right corner.

In the Print dialog box, choose your desired printer.

Select the Comments & Forms dropdown menu and choose one of the following options:

  • Document: Prints the form and any entered data, but not comments or stamps.
  • Document and Markups: Prints the form, entered data, and any comments.
  • Document and Stamps: Prints the form, entered data, and any stamps, but not comments.
  • Form Fields only: Prints only the entered form data without the underlying form. It helps create a record of just the entered information in interactive forms.
