Manage agreements

Learn to track and manage agreements at different signing stages.

Manage pending, signed, or approval-ready agreements in Adobe Acrobat. Track status, send reminders, access signed copies, and keep workflows on track.

Select Go to Home view , then under Agreements, select:

  • Adobe Acrobat Sign for Enterprise users
  • All agreements for Individual and Teams users

Select one of the following options under Agreements to view agreements by status:

  • All agreements: Agreements across all statuses
  • In progress: Agreements currently being processed
  • Waiting for you: Agreements requiring your signature
  • Completed: Agreements signed by all parties
  • Drafts: Agreements saved as drafts
  • Templates: Reusable agreement templates
  • Canceled: Canceled agreements
  • Expired: Agreements that have passed their signing deadline

Select an agreement to view the following details on the right pane:

  • Agreement status
  • Expiration date
  • Date and time of creation
  • Activity status of each recipient
  • Activity report of the agreement

To cancel an agreement, select Cancel agreement, optionally add a reason, choose the Notify participant via email checkbox if needed, and then select Cancel Agreement.

To set reminders for recipients, select Reminders, optionally add a message, then select Send.

To share a draft agreement, open the agreement, select Share, and complete the steps in the sharing workflow.
