The PDF isn’t supported |
Refer to the prerequisites for using the generative AI features. |
Service API errors |
PDF disqualification: The server performs checks to disqualify certain PDF files, which result in a failed response. Excessive usage error: If you've used the generative AI features excessively within a short period, the service may return an error. Content extraction failure: It occurs when the structure of the PDF can’t be detected or when content extraction fails. Malformed PDFs or rendering failures can be the reason behind the failure. |
This feature isn’t available |
Ensure you follow the Accound and login requirements and check the supported languages. The generative AI features may not supported in your geographic location. |
Throttling errors |
It occurs when the generative AI features are unavailable due to high demand. Try again after some time. |
Answers are incorrect, incomplete, or of insufficient quality |
The generated answers may occasionally be misleading, incorrect, or biased. Specific error codes may not accompany these types of failures. Responses generated in languages other than English, French, and German are inadvertent and are not the intended purpose of AI Assistant. |

Large Language Model (LLM) errors |
