Learn about the supported file types and current limitations for PDF Spaces in Adobe Acrobat.
Supported content types
You can build a PDF Space using a wide range of content:
- File formats: Files in PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, RTF, or VTT format.
- Text input: Pasted text.
- Cloud storage: Files imported from Google Drive and OneDrive on all platforms. Dropbox and Box imports are available only in Acrobat on desktop.
- Web content: Public web links.
Document specifications
Note the following details that apply to each PDF Space:
- Number of files: Each PDF Space can support up to 100 files.
- Maximum file size: Each file can be up to 100MB.
- Maximum pages: Each file can contain up to 600 pages.
- Unsupported content: Password-protected files, videos, images with complex vector graphics, and handwritten notes are not supported.
Supported languages
PDF Spaces is currently supported in English only.
