Acrobat Projects FAQ

PDF Spaces is an AI-powered workspace in Adobe Acrobat that transforms how you consume and work with your documents. You can easily consolidate your files to ask questions, summarize content, compare documents, or create new material, without flipping through countless pages or tabs. Each PDF Space acts like a conversational knowledge hub, where everything related to a task or topic lives in one place. You can:

  • View and organize up to 100 files at once.
  • Use a prebuilt or personalized AI Assistant to generate new ideas, answer questions, and determine the next steps to reaching your goals.
  • Validate AI responses with easy-to-view citations.
  • Add notes to capture your thoughts or save helpful AI responses.
  • Share the whole workspace with others, including your notes and personalized AI Assistant, to collaborate more effectively.

At its core, PDF Spaces is about getting your files to work together with AI so you can help save time, reduce busy work, and focus on what matters most.

  • Private: Only invited collaborators can access the link.
  • Organization: Anyone in your organization can access it.
