Customize Quick action toolbar

Learn how to customize the Quick action toolbar in Adobe Acrobat.

The Quick action toolbar provides convenient access to commonly used tools. You can add, remove, and rearrange tools on this toolbar to suit your workflow.

From the Quick action toolbar, select Add, remove, or reorder tools  > Customize toolbar.

In the Customize toolbar dialog box:

  • To add a tool, select it from the right pane, then select Add to Toolbar
  • To remove a tool, select it from the toolbar list, then select Remove from Toolbar
  • To reorder tools, select a tool and use the up and down arrow keys to move it
  • To group tools, select Add Divider to Toolbar to insert a separator

Use the Customize Toolbar dialog to add, remove, or reorder tools.

Select Save.
