Set Acrobat update preferences

Windows

Launch Acrobat.

Select Menu > Preferences > Updater.

To stop automatic updates, deselect Automatically install updates. This is enabled by default.

To install the optional components, such as Preflight, 3D plugin, XPS2PDF, multimedia plugin, and AutoCAD PDFM, select Install optional components.

Select OK.

Launch Acrobat.

Select Acrobat > Preferences > Updater.

To turn on automatic updates, select Automatically Install Updates.

Select OK.
