Learn how to use a mono audio clip as a stereo clip and apply a mono clip to a pair of left and right stereo channels.
Using a mono audio clip as a stereo clip may be useful. Using the Modify Clip dialog, you can apply a mono clip to a pair of left and right stereo channels.

Select Clip in the menu bar, and then select Modify > Audio Channels.

Select Stereo from the Clip Channel Format dropdown menu in the Modify Clip dialog.
