You can add a proxy status column to the Project panel by right-clicking a column header in List view. Search for proxy and enable the fields you want to display.

  2. Right-click the clip in the Project panel and select Proxy > Detach Proxy.

The context menu is open of the Project panel is open and from the Proxies option, Detach Proxies is selected.
Select one or multiple clips and detach proxies with one action.

Note:

Premiere Pro detaches the proxies. However, it does not delete the proxy files on disk - to avoid deleting files or proxies that could be referenced in another project. You can decide to keep or delete the proxy files.
