Text-Based Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro lets you detect pauses in speech and bulk delete fillers, text, or pauses in transcripts.

Select the filter icon in the Transcript panel.

Choose the Text, Filler words, Pauses, or Speakers you would like to delete.

Select Delete to delete a single instance or Delete all to activate bulk delete action.
