You can set up several keyboard shortcuts for one command. In the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box, each shortcut appears as an editable button, making it easy to add, change, or remove shortcuts as needed.

  1. Select an existing shortcut to add more shortcuts. If no shortcut exists, click anywhere in the Shortcut column and type in your new shortcut into the editable button that appears.

  2. Select the shortcut text in the Shortcut column to edit a shortcut. Type in your new shortcut. If it’s already in use, an alert will appear.

  3. Select X in the editable shortcut button to delete a shortcut.
