Learn to export captions from your timeline sequence to TXT, CSV, and SRT file formats.

Before you begin
Create captions for your sequence and open the Text panel if it's not already visible.

Open the Text panel.

Navigate to the Captions tab > Ellipsis menu icon.

Select the Ellipsis menu icon > Export.
Export the caption from your timeline sequence in TXT, CSV, and SRT file formats.

Select Captions and the desired file format:
- Export to text file: Plain text file.
- Export to CSV file: Comma-separated values file.
- Export to SRT file: SubRip subtitle file for adding captions to videos.

Choose the location and enter a filename.

Select Save to export the transcript file as a separate file in your selected format.
