Many editors prefer having a searchable keyboard shortcut document for quick reference. Premiere Pro lets you copy and paste shortcuts into a document.

You can copy, paste, and print your keyboard shortcuts from the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box into a text document or spreadsheet. This method lets you view and print customized shortcuts for Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, or custom sets.

  1. Open the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box:

    • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift and go to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.
    • macOS: Press Command + Shift and go to Premiere Pro > Keyboard Shortcuts.
  2. Select Copy To Clipboard to copy the list of shortcuts.

  3. Open a new document in a text editor or spreadsheet program.

  4. Paste the copied shortcuts into the document.

  5. Save and print the document.
