Learn various Adjustment effects and how to fine-tune color, lighting, and image tone in your clips using these effects.
Extract
The Extract effect removes colors from your video, turning it into grayscale. It makes all pixels with luminance value less than the Black Input Level or greater than the White Input Level appear black, while everything in between shows up as gray or white. This is great when you want a stylized or monochromatic look.
Levels
The Levels effect gives you precise control over brightness and contrast. It combines several tools, Color Balance, Gamma Correction, Brightness and Contrast, and Invert, making it flexible for adjusting image tone and dynamic range without stacking multiple effects.
Lighting Effects
The Lighting Effects adds creative lighting to your clips using up to five adjustable lights. You can change the light type, direction, intensity, color, lighting center, spread, and even simulate texture with the Bump Layer. This is perfect for giving your footage depth or a dramatic, stylized look, like a 3D-like surface effect.
ProcAmp
The ProcAmp effect works like a traditional video processing amplifier. It lets you fine-tune brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, and even the split% of your image. Use it to quickly correct or enhance video like you would on professional video gear.
