Once you have created a style, learn how you can link it to other titles or caption tracks in Adobe Premiere Pro.

  1. Select part of the text layer or caption you wish to edit.

  2. Define text properties such as font, color, and size, or select the style thumbnail you wish to apply.

Partially styled text in the Program Monitor with “The” and “INTERVIEW” using different properties, shown alongside the Properties panel with font, color, and style settings applied to the selected text.
Apply attributes to only parts of your text with Properties panel.

  3. Once done, only the selected part of the text or caption will change to your new style. Then, select the plus  icon at the upper-right corner of the Track style menu and select Create style.

  4. The new style appears with thumbnails in the Track style dropdown list. You can then apply that style to other parts of the text layers in your project.
